13. How to book a charter?
Not to worry, we are here to help. Take a look at our vessel options online and once you have found a luxury vessel that you are interested in, on the right side is a section where you can directly send us an enquiry for that vessel. Once you have sent your enquiry, you be getting a response from our team shortly. In the email we will be sending you an offer which will include information about the price, what is included and not included in the fee, as well as other details. Once you have taken a look and have accepted the offer, we start to make the final contract. This is a finalized document where all information about payments and details about the charter will be written and signed by all parties. Payments are to be made in two instalments. The first instalment which is 50% of the charter fee, is to be made right after the contract has been signed by everyone and the second instalment for the other 50% plus extras is to be made one month before the beginning charter date. Once this is complete, you’re finished. You are officially going on your summer luxury yacht getaway. 14. Who makes the itineraries for the charter?
Sample itineraries have been prepared for our guests that pertain to the popular Croatian seacoast destinations. We send these to our guests once we see what vessel they are instead in, as well as the location which interests them most. However, the guests are free to express their desires and wishes to the captain. In agreement with the captain and the possibilities of the vessel a plan will be made that best suites both parties.
15. Can we select the menu for our charter?
Prior to any luxury vessel charter, once it has been finalized the guests will receive a preference list on their email. This preference list is used to find out all the information pertaining to your preferences for meals, drinks and other desires. You will be able to write what types of cuisines you prefer, is anyone a vegetarian, if there are any allergies, what you would like to be served as breakfast, what type of drinks you would like, what types of wines and champagnes and so on. It is a very detailed form and it is important to fill it out and send it back as soon as possible so that the crew can be prepare everything that is needed in time for your charter.
