CHARTER FEE
50% within 7 days of the signing of this agreement
50% at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the charter
CHARTER COSTS
are to be paid at least 3 weeks before the first day of the charter period in amount equal 25 % of the CHARTER FEE.
The charterer will be advised by the captain, at intervals, as to the disbursement of the charter costs.If the balance remaining becomes insufficient, in the light of current expenditure, the charterer will pay to the captain, a sufficient sum to maintain an adequate credit balance. Prior to disembarkation the captain shall present to the charterer a detailed account of expenditure with as many supporting receipts as possible, and the charterer will pay to the captain the balance of the expenses or the captain will repay to the charterer any balance overpaid, as the case may be.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
is to be paid at least 3 weeks before the first day of beginning of the charter period in the amount of 3.000,00 EUR.
