If we charge charter guests for APA or All Inclusive Charter we dont request any payment of security deposit. Security deposit, if charged shall be held by the owner for discharging any liability that the charterer may incur under any of the provisions of this agreement, but to the extent that it is not so used. The security deposit shall be returned to the charterer within 24 hours from the end of the charter period following liability clearance.
