If charterer didnt book all inclusive charter package he is obligated to pay charter fee and APA - Advance Provisioning Allowance. APA is paid by the charterer in addition to the charter fee for all fuel and relevant costs for the vessel and its tenders, as well as all harbour, customs, utility and other additional costs for the vessel.The charterer is also obligated to pay for food, beverage, communication and other miscellaneous expenses for the charterer and his/her guests. This advance payment for charter costs named APA amounts 25% of the charter fee.
