Telascica is the Natural Park in the extreme south of Dugi Otok (Long Island), an island in the northern Dalmatian archipelago. It is extended around the homonyms bay that goes deeply into the island for over 8 km.
This is one of the biggest, safest and most beautiful natural harbours in the Adriatic, which has 25 bays, five small islands and 68 kilometres long coastline containing a unique natural phenomenon: a salt water lake. Heady cliffs 166 meters high protect the gulf from the wild, frenzied gale force waves of the open sea.
